Downtown Atlanta, reinterpreted with Legos
I’ve got to visit this Legoland Discovery Center in Buckhead sometime soon with my kid. This version of downtown Atlanta looks awesome. I don’t see a single parking deck — it’s even more pedestrian friendly than the real one! Except that only little plastic pedestrians can enjoy it.
I want Lego to be in charge of city planning for Atlanta. Just look at how the Georgia Dome here is directly across from the park instead of being embedded inside a sea of parking infrastructure. This is how it should be.
This pic comes from The Peach Review which has a nice long post with more photos on the attraction. Apparently they have an adult night for folks without kids.
