They say you can judge the quality of an urban experience by the frequency with which you discover new things. I was pleasantly surprised to find this simple fountain on the side of MODA/the offices of Perkins + Will at 1315 Peachtree. (Taken with Instagram)

This is a cool feature on a great building.
This building was renovated recently by tenants Perkins + Will and was afterward awarded the distinction of having the highest LEED points-rating of any building in the northern hemisphere.
Others in the building are the very nice Musuem of Design Atlanta (MODA), whose current skateboard exhibit I’m looking forward to seeing this weekend, and the Peachtree Branch public library.
