Trying to force  people out of their horse-drawn buggies and into crowded trains was all part of a 19th century Agenda 21 initiative. Plus, the Confederate railways were really more of a development tool than a true transportation solution. They didn’t reduce congestion on the Jonesboro wagon roads one bit. So there.
